AFPA's Eval'Aptitudes is a system which allows the development of basic skills. Tests are carried out in the technical platforms of the AFPA on targeted trades:

Self-service employee
Mason
Catering agent
Personal care worker
Order picker
Logistics employee

At the end of the assesment (1/2 day), a certificate specifying the skills mastered or partially mastered will be given to the person during an individual interview .

This system is part of the RISING program run by Grenoble Alpes Métropole.

Why is it interesting?

A certificate will be given to you following your evaluation.

This certificate highlighting your skills can help you in your job search.
