The residence offers furnished studios of 21 m² without crockery or television accessible to people with reduced mobility. It has a lift.

The residence does not have a wifi connection.

Each accommodation is equipped with a table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, sink and storage, a kitchen area and a bedroom area (bed, bedside table, cupboards, wardrobe).

Bed linen is provided and laundering is done every 15 days.
