Learn to drive

With Social driving school

Customized training tailored to your needs to:

  • know the highway code
  • learn to drive and get a driver's license
  • take a placement test and check your level.
To participate, you must:
- have been a job seeker for more than 6 months
- or be a beneficiary of minimum social benefits ( RSA , ASS , AAH , etc.)
- or have recognition of disabled worker status (RQTH)
- or be under 26 years old and experiencing difficulties (social, financial, etc.)
- or be referred by your social contact person (France Travail advisor, Mission Locale or Cap emploi) or the departmental council.

Why is it interesting?

  • 8 sessions to learn the highway code
  • Placement test at the end of training.

Several training courses are available:

  • Complete: Highway Code and Driving (Category B)
  • Highway Code only
  • Driving only
  • Occasional driving hours.

  • Montbard
  • Semur-en-Auxois

How to do it?

Your France Travail advisor, your Mission Locale or Cap emploi contact person, or a social worker from the departmental council should check with you if you are eligible for this training.

You can schedule an appointment at a training center near you.
During the meeting, the mobility coordinator:
- explains how the driving school works

- talks about your personal situation
- checks if you can attend this training.
