What is it?

The lawyer informs and advises his client (individual or company) on regulations that apply to all areas of law. He can act on behalf of his client to defend him before, during and after legal proceedings.

With the County Council for access to the law (CDAD), you can meet with a lawyer for free hotlines in Dijon and the region.

Why is it interesting?

Accessible to all without domiciliation condition

Access to law applies to all people, with or without a home, young or old.

It's free

The points of access to the law are open to the public free of charge.

A large number of offices

Places for access to the law are accessible throughout the territory of the Côte-d'Or (see interactive map at the bottom of the sheet).

It's confidential

A lawyer is "subject to professional secrecy", meaning that he cannot share what his clients tell him. Everything you can say during a consultation will therefore remain confidential (secret).

Professionals

Consultations are carried out by professional lawyers who act in complete neutrality and independence.

How do I get involved?
