What is it?
The Coup de Pouce workshops are free and accessible to anyone actively looking for a job, training, work-study program, internship, etc. with a specific professional project, and ideally a scheduled job interview.
It is an individualized accompaniment of 2h30, in the premises of the association La cravate solidaire. It is made up of 4 stages:
- Onboarding: presentation of the workshop and the candidate's professional project;
- A coaching session (they can also give you an outfit for job interviews);
- HR coaching: interview simulation and assessment (strengths, areas for improvement),
- A professional photo shoot for your resume (CV) and your professional social networks.
Why is it interesting?
By preparing job interviews with the association's coaches, the workshop will help you to deepen your professional project.
During an interview simulation, you will discover the strengths you could highlight with a recruiter, but also points of improvments.
Update your social networks with a professional picture (with your new outfit) and make a good impression.
