What is it?

This training will enable you to become a night watchman in medical and social establishments that take in children, teenagers or adults with disabilities or social difficulties.

The Night Supervisor ensures the safety of people and property in these establishments.

Why is it interesting?

• Ensure the safety of the residents

 • Help people fall asleep

 • Listen to people and reassure them

 • Prevent risks

 • Clean up residents lacking autonomy

This training provides good knowledge of first aid and fire standards.

This training will help you develop interpersonal skills both with residents and with professionals (administrative staff, medical staff ...).

How to do it?

Develop interpersonal skills with residents and with professionals (administrative staff, medical staff ...).

The job requires a good sense of direction in order to take action as quickly as possible within the establishment.

Finally, you have to enjoy working at night and be prepared to put up with staggered working hours.
