What is it?

The Mercure project, led by Cooptalis, aims to help people benefiting from international protection to get a long-term job. The objective is to prevent refugees from being downgraded by allowing them to access employment on par with their qualifications.

Our professional integration advisers offer courses of 4 to 12 months in order to best support refugees. They work with you on your professional project and offer you jobs, immersion internship or professional trainings.

In order to remove all obstacles to employment, professional French courses are taught, allowing you to access a minimum level of French (B2) while learning the labuor codes in France. Computer courses are also offered.

A sponsorship programme is set up within Cooptalis in order to put you in touch, if you wish so, with an employee of our company.

How do I get involved?

Registration for the Mercure project

  •  A pre-selection interview with staff from the Mercure project will be held following your registration at LAIR.
  •  If you do not meet the selection criteria, you will be informed as soon as possible.
