What is it?
It is personalized support lasting 6 to 8 months to find long term employment.
This course is open to new arrivals (people who have arrived in France during the last 5 years).
Group workshops and individual interviews are offered to:
- discover the company codes,
- present your career path and build your professional project...
Why is it interesting?
- Collective support: technical job search workshop, cultural workshop and interpersonal skills.
- Individual support: physical interview twice a month and telephone follow-up every week for a period of 6 to 8 months.
- Meet professionals from our network of companies and temporary employment companies from all sectors of activity.
- Succeed in your professional integration: immersion in a company (internships, company visits).
- Make a review of the steps taken
- Find solutions to the difficulties encountered.
