The objective is to support refugees in their search for employment or training for 6 months.

In the program:

collective workshops led by companies (writing CVs, cover letters, creating a video CV, preparing for job interviews, etc.)
individual interviews with different professionals (sponsorship) to receive help in your professional project

Why is it interesting?

Group workshops and individual interviews allow you to highlight your skills and experience for your training or job applications.

The workshops and interviews are led by companies and professional integration experts. You can take this opportunity to ask all your questions!

Each workshop brings together 15 people. You can exchange and share your experiences with other participants who also want to build their life in France!

You can get advice from a godfather or godmother (a working business professional).

This person will help you to define and clarify your career plan, prepare you for job interviews, give you a realistic vision of the job you want to do in France, help you improve your level of French to find a job, develop your business contacts in France, and so on.
