What is it?

French lessons for beginners, to learn:

  • reading and writing (reading/writing level, literacy)
  • speaking French (level A1).

Course dates: from the end of October/beginning of November 2022 until mid-February 2023, for 4 months.

Course address: 14 avenue du President Salvador Allende, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine

Course days:

- reading/writing level: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon

- level A1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning

You must be available to come at all class times to register.

Other activities are offered outside of class: outings to the library, visits to the museum...

Good to know: To register, you must:

- Have a residence permit (newcomers or nationals of countries outside the European Union) or an administrative document justifying the status (refugee receipt, beneficiary of subsidiary protection, stateless person), or a Provisional Residence Authorization

- Sign the CIR (republican integration contract) or the CAI (reception and integration contract) with the OFII.

Thanks to this training, you can learn the alphabet, reading, and writing.

Progress in French

For 4 months, you speak French almost every day, a good way to memorize vocabulary and be comfortable in conversations.

During this meeting, you will do a placement test to assess your level of French.
