Get support to find a job or training

Support from a professional who will help you for 6 to 12 months to find a job or qualifying training.

You have an appointment every week or every two weeks, depending on your availability, with the employment coach.

There is no fixed schedule, but you agree to attend meetings, group workshops, job fairs (meetings with companies recruiting in Rouen), etc.

To participate in the program, you must:
- have at least level A1 in oral communication
- have signed the CIR (republican integration contract)
- be a refugee, beneficiary of subsidiary protection, stateless person
- or have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit.

Why is it interesting?

You will be helped to find the training or job that interests you:

  • We look at your work experiences in France and other countries
  • We check whether you have already completed training and whether it is necessary to complete training in France. We help you find the training center that interests you.
  • It is possible to do internships to discover new professions if you do not know what job you want to do.

Every week you can participate in a workshop with other people to:

  • make a CV and a cover letter
  • learn work vocabulary
  • know how to present yourself during a job interview
  • learn how to use a computer to go to useful websites (France Travail, CAF, etc.).

You can do one or more internships in a company to:

  • confirm a professional project: find a job that really interests you or discover a new job in France
  • confirm your skills: see if the job you did before is really the same in France and find out if you need to take training (French language training, technical training) to be able to continue doing the same job
  • meet professionals.
