You will be helped to find the training or job that suits you.

• We look together at your work experiences in France and in other countries.
• We check if you have already done a training and if it is necessary to do a training in France. We help you find the training center that interests you.
• If you don't know what kind of work you want to do, it is possible to do internships to discover new professions.

Every week, you can take part in a workshop with other people to:

• make a resume and cover letter
• learn work vocabulary
• know how to talk about yourself during a job interview
• learn how to use a computer to go to useful websites (Pôle Emploi, CAF...).

You have the possibility of doing a 2-month preparation to discover jobs that are hiring, such as cleaning or personal assistance.

This helps you learn the basics of the job and improve your French, then enter a qualifying training.

You can do one or more internships in a company to:

• confirm a professional project: find a job that really interests you or discover a new job in France
• confirm your skills: see if the job you did before is really the same in France and find out if you need to take training (French language training, technical training) to be able to continue doing the same job
• meet professionals.

To take part in the program, you can come to a small group information meeting.

After the meeting, if you are interested, you will have an individual appointment with a job coach.
