What is it?

The goal of the FIER program is to help learners develop a versatile profile to enter a sports structure.

There are two parts to the program:

  • First, 12 weeks of learning to build language, digital and professional skills
  • Then, 6 months to enter a sports structure on a work-study basis to prepare for the professional title of administrative and reception employee (with an adaptation to the sports and entertainment sector)

Good to know: It is a full-time program (35 hours per week) and learners are compensated.

Why is it interesting?

Build linguistic, digital and professional skills

The FIER program offers you (from September 5 to November 30) :

- Introduction to animation of sports activities courses

- French courses for professional purposes

- Digital refresher courses (main functions of a computer, use of Word, Excel, etc.)

- Courses to prepare you entering into the professional world

- Courses to be autonomous in your administrative procedures and to become familiar with the French social system

Develop a versatile profile and integrate a sports structure

The program offers you to carry out this training within the infrastructures of Olympique Lyonnais (football club) .

A 4-day immersion in a sports structure is also offered.

Prepare the title of administrative and reception employee

At the end of this training, it will be possible to continue to prepare a professional title of Administrative and reception employee in a work/study basis (from 5 December 2022 to 30 June 2023)

How do I get involved?

Status condition

To be able to apply, you must be a beneficiary of international protection (refugee status, subsidiary protection, etc.) or be a newcomer (foreigner in a regular situation who arrived in France less than 5 years ago).
