with Refugee Women Mentorship Initiative
What is it?
Support for female refugees and asylum seekers in Europe to help them integrate into the professional world.
This program allows exiled women to receive individual advice and support from "professional mentors" (such as female tutors) working in recognized companies and sectors.
As soon as a tutor is found for a woman selected in the program, the work takes place for 4 to 6 months, with a minimum of 6 meetings (by videoconference or face to face).
Exiled women can seek advice on, for example, choosing a sector of activity, starting a business, expanding the professional network, etc.
Good to know: Companies are not obliged to offer employment opportunities under this program.

Through the Refugee Women Mentorship Initiative, leading brands like Accenture, L'Oréal, Adecco Group, Pepsico, Pfizer, Randstad, Manpower and others have pledged to use their network to provide professional advice and support to refugee women.
Have individual support
Each female refugee or asylum seeker selected in the program is individually counseled by a professional. She can have personalized advice according to her projects.
How do I get involved?
Here are the steps to benefit from this program
- Fill out the questionnaire below (in English or French)
- Then your application will be shared with the teams in charge of the program
- The manager will introduce you to your mentor and invite you to a first meeting to get to know you better
- Later you can organize the exchanges between the two of you.
Good to know: Completing this survey does not automatically guarantees that you will be accompanied. Selections will be made based on the availability of mentors and common professional interests. It is possible to receive a response from a company a few months later after completing the survey if you are selected.
