Access to employment and housing
with ACCELAIR 69
What is it?
The ACCELAIR 69 program is aimed at anyone who has obtained refugee status or who benefits from subsidiary protection. It is enough to have obtained this international protection in the Rhône for less than a year and to live there (the letter of the OFPRA or CNDA decision being proof).
The program offers comprehensive, specialized, individualized and personalized support. Thanks to public, private and institutional partners, ACCELAIR 69 offers socio-administrative support (opening of rights) as well as access to housing and access to employment / training in the department.

Why is it interesting?
A team of professionals working with partners and interpreters
The ACCELAIR 69 team is made up of professionals in social support, housing and professionals in access to employment / training, specialized in supporting the refugee public and occasionally mobilizing interpreters to facilitate understanding steps.
ACCELAIR 69 brings together institutional partners, partners specializing in the care of refugees and all common law actors intervening in the fields of employment, training, accommodation and housing.
Support in accessing housing (to and in housing)
ACCELAIR 69 helps refugees access their first independent accommodation:
- Support in finding accommodation: specific preparation (individual and collective) on the reality of housing in France and information on the rights and duties of the tenant.
- Individualized support for settling into the new accommodation.
- Support for staying in the home.
At the same time, other temporary solutions are sought and implemented. (Example: social residence, young housing, rental intermediation, rental, temporary housing allowance, shared accommodation, etc.)
Support for professional integration
- Support towards employment: assessment, construction of a professional project, job search techniques, preparation of interviews, meetings with employers, etc.
- Support towards linguistic and/or professional training: construction of the training and orientation path, training adapted to the workstation, support to engineering for the creation of specific training courses not covered by common law, etc.
- Support for job retention: support for the person during the contract or training in connection with the employer or the training organization, for example.
Socio-administrative support
- Opening and maintenance of rights;
- Specific procedures related to international protection (OFPRA, OFII, Prefecture, CAF link, etc.).
