Are you ready to launch your career in tech?
The Sistech team is delighted to introduce the very first edition of the Boost program for which we are currently recruiting.
The Boost is a free and holistic program (covering equipment, transport, babysitting) for displaced women wishing to launch their careers in the tech & digital sector.
From February 15 and for 10 weeks, Boost participants are supported in their professional integration.
Throughout the program, the participants invest up to 8 hours per week, including 2 hours of French lessons and are individually accompanied by two voluntary tech & digital professionals to guide them in their professional integration and practice professional French.

Why is it interesting?
Program goals
The program aims in particular to:
- Build a professional network,
- Know the tech job market in France,
- Identify and work on their soft skills,
- Gather the essential elements for the job search. The objectives of the program:
Selection criteria:
- Identify as female
- Benefit from international protection (refugee, subsidiary protection, temporary protection, etc.) directly or through their family
- Be older than 18
- Be available on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. 🕕
- Be able to invest 10 hours per week
- Have some level of understanding of French
