Water lifeguard training
with Kabubu
What is it?
The "Splash" program is a diploma course to become an aquatic lifeguard. "Splash" is a free training program which is organized in 3 phases:
1. July - August 2022: swimming lessons once a week with a lifeguard to practice and be ready for the entry test for the program.
2. September 2022: test phases (swimming and French) to integrate the program.
3. October 2022 - February 2023: start of the full-time program (35 hours per week), free and paid by Pôle emploi (from November).
At the end of the program, learners will have graduated from the BNSSA (National Safety and Aquatic Rescue Certificate) which allows them to monitor public or private beaches, private swimming pools, and to assist the Lifeguard in the monitoring of public swimming pools. .
Professional French lessons as well as socio-professional, individual and collective support are part of the Splash program.
The "Splash" program is a partnership between Kabubu, the Thot School and the UCPA, thanks to funding from Pôle Emploi and Afdas.

Kabubu offers you to be trained in 4 months to become an water lifeguard, thanks to a complete, full-time and paid training program. It's a profession that is in great need today in France, so it's quite easy to find a job with this degree.
The program will allow you to obtain a diploma, improve your level of French, develop many skills and discover a new profession!
